Delivery challans typically list only item descriptions and quantities, not values, since no sale is taking place. If the goods do need a declared value for insurance/transport purposes, add it in the Notes field.

It's optional but recommended for GST e-way bill compliance when goods move by road above the threshold value — include the vehicle number in the field provided.
